Buffalo Celery Sticks

Buffalo Celery Sticks


20 celery stalks, washed and dry

2 8 ounce package of cream cheese, slightly softened

1 cup crumbled blue cheese

1/4 cup Ranch dressing

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1/2 cup Frank's Red Hot

Optional: Chives for garnish

Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Cut each stalk into thirds and set aside. Add the cream cheese, 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles, ranch, lemon juice and a pinch of salt and pepper to a mixing bowl and combine. Stuff the celery stalks with this mixture and add to a serving plate. Drizzle with Frank's Red Hot Sauce, the remaining 1/2 cup of blue cheese crumbles, chives and serve!
