Melon & Prosciutto Appetizer

Melon & Prosciutto Appetizer


1 cantaloupe, cut into cubes

8-10 thin slices prosciutto

2 balls of mozzarella, sliced

10 pieces fresh basil

Extra virgin olive oil

1 lemon

Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Prepare your ingredients first. Cut your cantaloupe and slice your mozzarella. Take out a large serving plate and arrange your fresh ingredients; place the cantaloupe around the outer edge, then the prosciutto, then the mozzarella and finally, the basil. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, squeeze the lemon, and sprinkle salt and pepper over everything. Serve!
